The color of these microgreens is dazzling- and lovely tiny, delicate leaves. Earthy, beet-like flavor. Lots of protein and vitamins A, B's, C, and K.

Robust arugula flavor, with a peppery kick. Our favorite for sandwiches. Lots of calcium, vitamins A, B, C, and E.

Potent basil flavor. The textured leaves have a beautiful look as they fall onto the plate. A lovely topper to a caprese salad, or chopped strawberries and other desserts. Great anti-inflammatory and source of anitoxidants, vitamin K, and calcium.

Broccoli Microgreens are a heavy hitter in the nutrition department! Great source of vitamins, iron, calcium. High in anitoxidants, and have been shown to be a fantastic source of sulforaphane.

Potent cilantro flavor. Great for garnishing tacos, soups, sandwichs, etc. Lots of beta-carotene and vitamins, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc.

Nice potent celery flavor with delicate, bright green leaves. High in Vitamins A, K,C, potassium and folate.

Mild anise flavor with notes of licorice. High in antioxidants, potassium, iron, manganese.

We created a custom mix with some of the most nutricious greens we have. Kale, purple kohlrabi, brussel sprouts, red cabbage, red mustard, clover, and alfalfa. Super high in antioxidants,Vitamin C, K, A, manganese, protein, iron, and calcium.

These beauties are a chef favorite for their delightful tendrils. Nice sweet pea flavor and crunchy texture. Super high in Vitamin C and A. Good source of iron, magnesium, and B-6.

Potent sprout of the Allium family, the leeks offer a bright green onion-garlic flavor. Super high in antioxidants like aliicin. These microgreens grow continously after you cut them. High in vitamin C, and a great source of vitamin A,K, B6, and iron.

Spicy radish flavor with thick juicy leaves. Great to pair with root vegetables or grilled meats. Lots of vitamin E,A, B6, K, potassium, and fiber.

A classic mild mix of broccoli, cabbage, kale, kolhrabi, and arugula. Combines for a balanced flavor and a great addition to a smoothie, or as a base for a lovely salad. Vitamins, iron, protein.

A Spicy mix of broccoli cabbage kale radish arugula wasabi. Good standard salad mix, with a nice kick from the radish and arugula. High in antioxidants, Vitamins, iron, and protein.

Sunflower stands out as being very robust, juicy leaves, with a nutty flavor. Goes amazing with soups, or just as a snack by themselves!. Great source of calcium and iron.
