The color of these microgreens is dazzling- and lovely tiny, delicate leaves. Earthy, beet-like flavor. Lots of protein and vitamins A, B's, C, and K.

Robust arugula flavor, with a peppery kick. Our favorite for sandwiches. Lots of calcium, vitamins A, B, C, and E.

Potent basil flavor. The textured leaves have a beautiful look as they fall onto the plate. A lovely topper to a caprese salad, or chopped strawberries and other desserts. Great anti-inflammatory and source of anitoxidants, vitamin K, and calcium.

Broccoli Microgreens are a heavy hitter in the nutrition department! Great source of vitamins, iron, calcium. High in anitoxidants, and have been shown to be a fantastic source of sulforaphane.

Mild anise flavor with notes of licorice. High in antioxidants, potassium, iron, manganese.

Roselle sour leaf hibiscus. Green with sometimes slightly variegated color. The flavor of the leaves is sour-tasting. They work well with pickling and curries or prepared with bold and spicy flavors. The leaves are prepared fresh in salads or cooked vegetables and used to season curries.

Potent sprout of the Allium family, the leeks offer a bright green onion-garlic flavor. Super high in antioxidants like aliicin. These microgreens grow continously after you cut them. High in vitamin C, and a great source of vitamin A,K, B6, and iron.

Traditionally known for their yellow, red and orange edible flowers. The beautiful lily pad shaped leaves are also edible and have a unique spicy flavor with some bitter and sweet notes as well.

These beauties are a chef favorite for their delightful tendrils. Nice sweet pea flavor and crunchy texture. Super high in Vitamin C and A. Good source of iron, magnesium, and B-6.
